My name is Sumeet Singh Patpatia, and I am Schibsted’s first Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. I have a Master of Science in Business and a Major in Economics from the Norwegian School of Business (BI), and have broad experience from multinational companies, where I worked with innovation and transformation.

In addition, I have extensive experience building diversity within our society. For example, I established and led the organization Young Sikhs, as well as the annual event “The Norwegian Turban Day”. I am a board member of HR Norway, IN/LAB and Oslo Nye Teater, as well as a member of the Council for Multicultural Minorities in Oslo.
